Horizon Research, Inc. serves as a research partner with the Texas Middle and Secondary Mathematics Project, a National Science Foundation funded Math and Science Partnership between Stephen F. Austin State University and 13 school districts in east Texas. The project provides Master's degree programs for underprepared mathematics teachers. HRI is assisting the project with longitudinal data collection and analysis
